PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic diluting apparatus for a metal aquious solution that accurately dilutes condensate in % order to a metal solution of ppm order having a required amount and concentration, controls concentration in-line, and can accurately feed the solution to a supply apparatus. SOLUTION: In the automatic diluting apparatus for the metal aquious solution, the degree of light absolution in a dilute solution in a metering hopper 21 is measured by a densitometer (absorptiometer) 22. The dilute liquid in the metering hopper 21 is metered by an electronic force balance 23 so that dilute magnification obtained from the degree of light absorption reaches a specific value. A measurement value by the densitometer 22 and a metered value by the electronic force balance 23 are monitored by a control section. The amount of an undiluted solution and liquid for dilution fed to the metering hopper 21 so that the dilution magnification reaches a specific value based on the degree of light absorption measured by the densitometer 22 is calculated and controlled.
