PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power circuit comprising a DC-DC converter wherein the power consumption of the power circuit itself is reduced, and a plurality of output voltage values are selectable from the outside, and thus the output voltage value can be selected without changing the power circuit even if the supply voltage value requested from a load is changed. SOLUTION: In a voltage-dividing circuit 5, a feedback circuit which divides an output voltage Vo to generate a divided voltage Vd and outputs it is formed. According to an external voltage switching signal Sc, the voltage-dividing circuit 5 changes a voltage-dividing ratio with respect to the output voltage Vo to generate the divided voltage Vd, and thereby changes the voltage value of the output voltage Vo.
