PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the outflow of wear powder to outside of a motor produced by the friction of a dynamic pressure bearing when large vibration is added to it at the start or stop of the dynamic-pressure bearing motor or due to disturbance. SOLUTION: The dynamic-pressure bearing has a relatively rotatable shaft and a sleeve supported by a radial dynamic pressure bearing and a thrust dynamic pressure bearing. A drive motor, a stator and a magnet for a rotor constituting the drive motor are arranged in a communication path between the sleeve opening and the outer opening of the dynamic pressure bearing motor.
