PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display which easily establishes the potential of a conductive member placed between a first board (for example, a face plate) and an outer frame that constitute an envelope. SOLUTION: In the image display, the potential of the first conductive member placed between the outer frame and the first board is established electrically through a second conductive member which is placed on the face of the frame except a face facing the first board, and connected to the first conductive member.
