PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic transfer device capable of applying magnetic transfer to both faces of a disk to be transferred. SOLUTION: This magnetic transfer device comprises: a holder unit 1 for holding master disks 10, 10 respectively holding particular magnetic patterns according to holders 1a and 1b; a disk feeding unit 2 for feeding a slave disk 7 between the master disks 10, 10 held by the holders 1a and 1b; a robot for operating the holder unit 1 to bring the master disks 10, 10 into contact with both faces of a slave disk 7, respectively, and pinching the slave disk 7 therebetween; and a coil unit 4 for applying a magnetic field to the master disks 10, 10 pinching the the slave disk 7 from both face sides and respectively transferring magnetic information patterns on the master disks 10, 10 to both faces of the slave disk 7.
