PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an opening section of two components, a middle shell and a shutter, in a system which incorporates a member to cover the opening section and opens/closes the member by a rotating method. SOLUTION: This disk cartridge is constituted of a turnably supported intermediate shell and a shutter linked with the intermediate shell supported to be freely slidable, the intermediate shell covers an opening section including the outer peripheral part of the disk, and the shutter covers an opening part including a disk rotation center.
