PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cost reduction and safety, and easily repair a leak when a fluid within an inner pipe leaks by effectively using an outer pipe and supplying two kinds of fluid. SOLUTION: The double pipe system comprises the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2, and the fluids A and B flow inside of the pipes 1 and 2. The outer pipe 1 is divided by a detection chamber 4, and an upstream side and a downstream side of the pipe 1 are allowed to communicate with each other through branch pipes 1a and 1a detouring the chamber 4. The pipe 2 is inserted in an interior of the upstream side of the pipe 1, an interior of the chamber 4 and an interior of the downstream side of the pipe 1. A detection means capable of detecting the fluid B passing inside of the pipe 2 is installed in the interior of the chamber 4, and the fluid passing inside of the pipe 1 is supplied under a decompression from the fluid B passing inside of the pipe 2.
