PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact force measuring device having excellent practicality, manufacturable at low cost, and capable of preparing for measurement simply in a short time, and coping sufficiently with measurement even under a severe measuring condition. SOLUTION: A plurality of spacers 12 having respectively a strain gage attached thereto are interposed between an impact force measuring portion and a load receiving plate 11, and the load receiving plate 11 is bolted and connected detachably onto the outer face of the impact force measuring portion by bolts 13 inserted into each spacer 12.
