PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device having an excellent cooling effect even if used for a long time. SOLUTION: This cooling device is provided with a pump 1, a heat sink 2, a radiator 3, a passage 4 communicating their interior to form a closed circuit circulating cycle among them, and a liquid refrigerant circulating in the passage. The volume of gas generated in the liquid refrigerant by the temperature change within the working temperature range of the liquid refrigerant is smaller than the volume of a spherical body internally contacting the cross section of the passage 4.
