PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the heat radiating capacity of a radiating core with a novel structure different from conventional structure. SOLUTION: Pin-like louvers 34 extending in an almost orthogonal direction to the flow direction of cooling air are arranged zigzag in the flow direction of the cooling air so that cavities 35 exist between the adjacent louvers 34. The cooling air colliding with the louver 34 thereby goes around to the slip stream side of the louver 34 to collide with the following louver 34 without a temperature boundary layer growing large. Consequently, the rear end side of the louver 34 with which the cooling air has collided can also be used for heat transfer (cooling), and the cooling air without the formation of a temperature boundary layer can collide with the front end part of the following louver 34 positioned downstream of air flow of the louver 34.
