PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a microcapsule-combined aqueous polyurethane rich in elasticity, scarcely causing breakage and reduced in water content and packed in microcapsule used as alternatives for a conventional paraffin. SOLUTION: The method for producing the microcapsule-combined aqueous polyurethane comprises obtaining uniform dispersion by using an aqueous solution adding aqueous polyurethane microcapsule containing a phase transfer substance in a process for synthesizing an aqueous polyurethane. The phase transfer substance is selected from an acrylic acid alkyl ester compound or a mixture of acrylic acid alkyl ester compounds. The aqueous polyurethane is selected from a 2,2-di(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid trimethylamine salt, a sulfonic acid sodium salt, a mixture of 2,2-di(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid triethylamine salts and a mixture of sulfonic acid sodium salts.
