PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rolled paper from being torn in the interior of a holder and to surely cut off the paper by one hand. SOLUTION: Gripping bodies 4 freely rocked up and down and adapted to press and energize rolled paper P to a lid 2 side to thereby hold rolled paper with a cutter 3 part are disposed on the lower side of the roll paper P. An opening part 2A coming into contact with the top face of the rolled paper P on the lower side of the lid 2 is provided in a part of the lid 2. The gripping bodies 4 are pushed down by pressing force in coming into contact with the rolled paper P at the opening part 2A to rotate the rolled paper P, so that the gripping bodies 4 are separated from the cutter 3. The gripping bodies 4 include a pressure roll 5 for pressing the rolled paper P to the lower surface of the cutter 3, a sliding plate 6 for pressing and energizing the rolled paper P to the lower surface of the opening part 2A, and an elastic member 7 for pushing the pressure roll 5 and the sliding plate 6 toward the lid 2 side.
