PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank connector mounting structure that reduces the outer connecting section of the fuel tank connector C projecting up from the upper surface 7B of a lid 7 and is suitable for a two-wheeled vehicle. SOLUTION: The fuel tank connector C has a flange 2 which is located at the upper end 1B of a cylinder 1 and has a larger diameter than the diameter B of the cylinder 1, a recess 3 for an outer power supply terminal pin projecting outside including the flange 2, a recess 4 for the fuel tank terminal pin facing down from the cylinder 1, and a hook 5 formed outside the recess 4 for the feel tank terminal pin. The lid 7 has a sleeve 8 projecting down. By inserting the fuel tank connector C into the sleeve 8 of the lid 7, the lower surface 2A of the flange 2 comes in contact with the upper surface 7B of the lid 7 and the hook end 5A of the hook 5 is positioned in contact with the lower end 8A of the sleeve 8.
