PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which obtains proper shading properties and excellent decorative properties and can set the interior of a room to a calm color. SOLUTION: A first colored transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 and a colorless transparent resin film layer 3 are successively laminated on one surface of a multilayered film body 1 comprising a large number of films in a laminar state while a perspective second pressure-adhesive layer 4 and a release film 5 are successively laminated to the other surface of the multilayered film body 1.
