PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optimization technique using genetic algorithm which is not restricted by genetic length. SOLUTION: The optimization technique using the genetic algorithm is provided with a step (a) for obtaining 1st and 2nd genes 6, 7 corresponding to 1st and 2nd problems included in a single optimization problem, a step (b) for optimizing the 1st gene by using 1st genetic algorithm prepared correspondingly to the 1st problem and obtaining a 1st optimum solution 10 while fixing the 2nd gene as it is, a step (c) for optimizing the 2nd gene by using the 2nd genetic algorithm prepared correspondingly to the 2nd problem and obtaining a 2nd optimum solution 11 while fixing the 1st gene as it is, and a step (d) for obtaining an optimum solution corresponding to the single optimization problem on the basis of the 1st and 2nd optimum solutions.
