SOLUTION: The preventive or the remedy for Alzheimer's disease or the inhibitor for amyloid protein fibroplasis useful for a hematherm (especially a man)contains a nitrogen containing aromatic heterocyclic compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically permissive salt thereof as an effective component.
