A system for use by an interviewing agent, typically at an admittance port, to enhance the ability to assess the credibility of an interviewee. Profiles in the system contain the sum of characteristic features of entities such as the interviewee and the point of interview. The system is run by an interview protocol builder (58) which manages a n-order hierarchical category system. The highest order categories of the interview system are generally mandatory and must be attended to. With the lowest order categories are associated verifiers which are filters having activation rules that aid in the acceptance of the answers of the interviewee. A note tool is a utility facilitating the efficient access of the interviewer to any location on the protocol or profile of the session. |
