PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing sausage containing mustard and cinnamon which are cut or powdered. Therefore, the manufactured sausage has new taste and flavor to attract consumers. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing sausage containing mustard and cinnamon is characterized by adding 0.5-5 parts by weight of mustard and cinnamon powder to 100 part by weight of meat as a raw material of sausage. |
