PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing characterized noodles which have the leg shape of an octopus and a cuttlefish and shows two different colors using natural coloring agents. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing characterized noodles is characterized in that wheat four, rice flour, potato flour, corn flour, starch and the like are mixed, and the mixture is kneaded with adding each natural coloring gent. Two of each dough having different color are folded together and rolled to give noodle strips. The noodle strips are discharged through a discharge hole having various kinds of shape. |
