PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing disasters are provided to prevent disaster occurrence beforehand by searching climate information transmitted from a climate related organization and searching rainfall information by each year, month, and time. CONSTITUTION: A climate information collector(200) collects the climate information such as a wind direction, a water level, a snowfall, and a rainfall. An operator server(300) receives the climate information from the climate information collector through the information communication network(100). A disaster warning receiver(400) receives the climate information, the disaster warning and effect sound, and the information for a damage state from the operator server, and transmits the login information and the information for the countermeasure contents against the damage state to the operator server. |
