METHODS FOR PRODUCING FULL-COLOR ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICES

The invention provides methods for the production of full-color, subpixellat ed organic electroluminescent (EL) devices. Substrates used in the methods of t he invention for production of EL devices comprise wells wherein the walls of t he wells do not require surface treatment prior to deposition of electroluminescent material. Also provided are EL devices produced by the methods described herein.
