PURPOSE: A device for securing a rear visual field is provided to broaden the rear visual field of a driver by installing a reflection unit at the rear of a vehicle and reflecting a rear image into a rear-view mirror. CONSTITUTION: A device for securing a rear visual field is composed of a rear-view mirror installed at the front of a driver seat, and a reflection unit(50) installed at a part connecting a rear glass(62) to the roof(63) of a vehicle and reflecting a rear image into the rear-view mirror. The reflection unit includes a reflection mirror(51) rotated by a hinge shaft, a support bar rotatably supporting the hinge shaft, and a positioning unit rotating the hinge shaft and controlling the position of the reflection mirror.
