PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wettability enhancer enabling a hydrophobic surface to be wetted efficiently in a small amount of its application even if applied on the surface of a highly hydrophobic material to enable the surface to be coated. SOLUTION: This wettability enhancer comprises a poly(N-acylalkyleneimine)-modified silicone, and optionally, a hydrophilic alcohol.
