PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine easy to replace multi-pivoted hinges when the broken multi-pivoted hinges are replaced. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine 1 includes the multi-pivoted hinges 31, wherein a transparent plate holding frame 5 is connected by a pair of the upper and the lower hinges 31 on the front of an inner frame body 4, and each of the hinges 31 consists of support members 32a and 32b fixed on a side of the inner frame body 4 and a side of the transparent plate holding frame 5 and link plates 33a and 33b rotatably pivoted on each of the support members 32a and 32b. A recess part 37 is provided on a face belonging to the support member 32a of the side of the inner frame body 4 and facing the front of the inner frame body 4, and a screw hole 38 is provided on a bottom end of the recess part 37. A screw 52 is detachably screwed into the screw hole 38 via a through hole 51 provided on the inner frame body 4 from the back of the inner frame body 4 so that a head 52a of the screw 52 fits into the recess part 37 not to project out rearward from the back of the inner frame body 4. A fixing member 41 is fixed on the upper and the lower support members 32a and 32b of the side of the transparent plate holding frame 5, and a transparent plate holding frame 5 is detachably fixed on the fixing member 41.
