PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron core which can be manufactured with a small cutting man-hours regardless of the number of magnetic gaps, and can suppress the fluctuation of dimensions. SOLUTION: An iron core is formed by interposing rectangular parallelepiped laminated iron core pieces 3 where iron core pieces are laminated between the cut surfaces of a pair of C-shaped divided icon core pieces 2 formed by dividing an annular winding icon core member to form a loop-shaped magnetic path. In this case, magnetic gap layers 4 are interposed between the opposite faces of the C-shaped divided iron cores 2 and the laminated iron pieces 3 and between the opposite faces of the laminated iron core pieces 3.
