DISPLAY METHOD, DISPLAY CONTROLLER, AND GAME MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an interesting display picture which a player hardly get tired of seeing.

SOLUTION: This display method variably displays a plurality of symbols in each of first to third symbol display areas and thereafter stops and displays a preregulated stopping symbol respectively in the order of the first, second and third pattern display areas. The first symbol display area is regulated at a center part and the second and third symbol display areas are regulated on both sides of the center part (step 21). After variable display of the plurality of symbols in each pattern display area (step 22), the stopping pattern is stopped and displayed in the first symbol display area (step 23). The second symbol display area is regulated on the center part and the first and third symbol display areas are regulated on both sides of the center part (step 25). After variable display of the plurality of symbols in the second and third symbol display areas (steps 27 and 33), the stopping symbol is stopped and displayed in the second symbol display area (steps 28 and 34).
