PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the durability and operating efficiency of a vehicular power supply device by installing a power supply cable between a structure such as a ceiling beam and a vehicle via a rotatable power delivery device.

SOLUTION: A reel device 16 on which the feeder cable 13 is retractably and drawably wound and a power supply side power delivery device 17 which rotatably connects the power supply cable 13 to a power supply wire 21 are mounted on the ceiling beam 10A of a building 10. An electric hydraulic shovel 1 is provided with a vehicle side current-carrying device 27 which rotatably connects the feeder cable 13 to a vehicular wire 32. Electricity is fed from the power supply 12 to an electric motor 7 via the power supply cable 13 and the power delivery devices 17, 27, etc. Thus, the hydraulic shovel 1 will not step upon the feeder cable 13 and the cable 13 can be prevented from being twisted or entangled during the movement of the hydraulic shovel 1 or the rotation of the reel device 16.
