PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based coated molded form obtained by coating a crystalline polypropylene molded form with a coating component comprising a polar group-containing propylene-based polymer. SOLUTION: The polypropylene-based coated molded form is obtained by coating a substrate(B) with a coating component(A). In this molded form, the coating component(A) comprises the polar group-containing propylene-based polymer composed of the main chain consisting of a propylene-based polymer having the characteristics(1) and (2) described below and side chains containing carboxy groups, carboxylic anhydride groups or carboxylic ester groups: (1) produced using a single-site catalyst and (2)≤1 wt.% in insolubles when dissolved at 10 wt.% concentration in heptane at 98°C; and the substrate(B) is a crystalline polypropylene molded form. This coated molded form is excellent in coating film adhesion and has well-balanced physical properties with high rigidity and impact resistance, furthermore being not only helpful to global environmental protection because of using no halogens harmful to the global environment but also high in long-term stability because of drastically mitigating the adverse effects of halogens on its weatherability or the like, resulting in extending its lifecycle.
