PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching to a bicycle and adjustment, in a rotation detector for a bicycle using a plurality of magnets. SOLUTION: This rotation detector 23 for the bicycle for detecting rotation of a left crank 27b rotating with respect to a frame body of the bicycle is provided with a case member 23, the plurality of magnets 24, and a reed switch 25. The case member 23 is a member attachable rotation-incapably to the left crank 27b. The plurality of magnets 24 are arranged, in the case member 23, with a space along a rotational direction to be concentric with a rotation axis X of the left crank 27b. The reed switch 25 is attached to the frame body to be faced to the magnets, and detects magnetic force of the plurality of magnets 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
