PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit which feeds more electric power to a load than heretofore, and also to provide a digital power amplifier. SOLUTION: The switching circuit is provided with a plurality of switching circuit units each annularly connecting first to fourth switching elements in this order and having a DC power source connecting one terminal to a node of the first and fourth switching elements and connecting the other terminal to a node of the second and third switching elements. The plurality of switching circuit units are cascade connected, one external connecting terminal of the first switching circuit unit is connected to one terminal of the load, and the other external connecting terminal of the final switching circuit unit is connected to the other terminal of the load. The digital power amplifier is applied with the said switching circuit as a switching circuit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
