PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing / separating structure for sonorific bullets of a sonobuoy capable of holding a plurality of sonorific bullets easily and safely and being made small in size at low cost. SOLUTION: In the fixing / separating structure, two sonorific bullets 2,3 can be housed and held easily and safely next to a floating section 6 by pushing down flexible sponge rubbers 8-10 with upper, center and lower plates and thereby vertically / laterally fixing them together with a bracket 7 within an external cylinder 14, and an anchoring rope is cut off by a cutter 16 which uses explosive powders and can be activated by a low power supply, thereby surely separating the sonorific bullets in water. A receiving circuit 4 receiving a control signal which directs to separate the sonorific bullet, and a control section 5 controlling the separation are lined up vertically in the floating section 6, and a formed space is used so that the plurality of sonorific bullets can be housed and held in the floating section 6 without changing the shape of exiting sonorific bullets.
