PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic oxygen analyzer of a reduced size, resistant against vibration and impact, and reduce in production cost. SOLUTION: This magnetic oxygen analyzer is provided with two flow passages of equal cross-sectional area and formed to make the same volume of gas flow, a magnetic impressing means arranged in one side of the flow passages, flow-velocity sensors arranged respectively in the flow passages, a flow rate computing means for computing gas flow volumes flowing in the flow passages based on signals from the velocity sensors, and adding/subtracting means for adding/subtracting the flow volumes in the two flow passages. The magnetic oxygen analyzer finds total flow volume of the gas, based on a signal from the adding means, and finds an oxygen concentration contained in the gas, based on a signal from the subtracting means.
