PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a slow-release composition comprising a physiologically active substance and an in-vivo decomposable polymer. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the slow-release composition comprises mixing an aqueous solution comprising the physiologically active substance and an acid or a base that corresponds to 1.5 or more times moles of the physiologically active substance with a dissolved liquid of the in-vivo decomposable polymer, and then drying the mixed liquid.
