PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosis of malaria is provided, thereby increasing sensitivity and specificity to malaria using anti-malaria agents, and rapidly and easily carrying out malaria diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosis of malaria comprises an anti-malaria agent which competitively binds to a NADH or NAD+ binding region of lactic acid dehydrogenase of Plasmodium(pLDH) with NADH or NAD+, and a non-human-derived carrier which covalently binds with the anti-malaria agent, wherein the anti-malaria agent is selected from the group consisting of chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, quinine, quinine bisulfate, quinine carbonate, quinine dihydrobromide, quinine dihydrochloride, quinine ethylcarbonate, quinine formate, quinine gluconate, quinine hydrobromide, quinine dihydrochloride, quinine ethylcarbonate, quinine formate, quinine gluconate, quinine hydriodide, quinine hydrochloride, quinine salicylate, quinine sulfate, quinine tartrate, quinine urea hydrochloride, quinocide, quinoline, amodiaquine, pamaquine, plasmocide and primaquine; and the carrier protein is selected from the group consisting of non-human derived albumin, casein, non-human derived cytochrome c, fetuin, skim milk, tyroglobuline or bovine submaxillary mucin.
