PURPOSE: A bicycle saddle, table, chair seat height adjusting apparatus with an improved structure is provided to more conveniently adjust the height of bicycle saddle seat, table seat and chair seat. CONSTITUTION: The bicycle saddle, table, chair seat height adjusting apparatus includes a compressed gas cylinder(2) to be mounted on the top of a table, chair seat and bicycle seat; a piston(8) for dividing inside of the cylinder into upper and lower chambers(4,5); a piston rod(7) fixed to the bottom of a guide tube(3) and having the piston(8) on the top; a valve(6) for controlling gas flow; and a valve operator. The cylinder(2) slides vertically inside the guide tube(3). Also, the valve(6) is combined with the piston(8) and the piston rod(7), and an operational rod(10) for opening/closing the valve(6) is fastened to a supporter for the table, seat and saddle.
