APPARATUS FOR FORMING TUBULAR TYPE DRAIN IN POST-PROCESSING APPARATUS OF DUAL-WALL BELLOWS

PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for automatically, successively forming a tubular type drain in a post-processing apparatus of dual-wall bellows at a higher precision and thus, to prevent any crack or damage around the drain. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for forming a tubular type drain in dual-wall bellows includes a bedplate(10); a frame(20) having an entrance and an exit; many supporting rollers(30) disposed at the front and rear sides of the frame(20) for supporting upper and lower surfaces of the dual-wall bellows(100); first and second cutters(40,50); a detector(60) for counting number of bellows of the dual-wall bellows(100) to calculate the length thereof; a guide roller(70) for carrying the dual-wall bellows(100); tubular type drain formation units(80); and a dust collector(90) for exhausting chips generated from the tubular type drain formation units(80).
