PURPOSE: A scouring method of silk is characterized by not damaging fiber, removing sericin uniformly, improving physical properties of textile and reducing a production cost. CONSTITUTION: The scouring method of the silk comprises the steps of: mixing 1-2g/L of a surfactant and 5-10g/L of an alkali penetration agent with an alkali solution; and then scouring the silk with the mixed solution. The alkali solution has 10-13pH. The surfactant is a polyethylene glycol type nonionic surfactant, a polyhydric alcohol type nonionic surfactant or an anionic surfactant. The alkali penetration agent is quaternary ammonium salt and phosphonium salt.
