A controller, comprising a booster means (11) for transmitting, after amplifying, a force acting on a piston (10) to a valve stem (9) having oscillating bodies (25) with outside end parts and inside end parts allowed to abut, from the lower side, on the outer peripheral part of the piston (10) a nd a flange part (22a) installed in the valve stem (9), respectively, and supported on casings (7, 8) so as to be oscillated around horizontal shafts (26) positioned on the inner end side thereof, wherein a metal bellows (16) for sealing a compressed air introducing space is installed between the oute r peripheral part of the top wall (8a) of the casing and the outer peripheral part of the piston (10).
