Position of a Ferrite core in a deflection yoke for a CRT

A panel (1) is mounted with a fluorescent screen and a shadow mask so that predetermined color image is displayed on the fluorescent screen as electron beams are deflected by deflection yoke (9) and collided with fluorescent screen. The ratio of length of ferrite core (9a) and distance from holder opening (9b) of deflection yoke to rear end of ferrite core is set between 0.2-0.7.
