URETHANE SHEET HAVING IRREGULARITIES OF SURFACE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A urethane sheet having the irregularities of surface and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to have a high slip resistance even though not using a synthetic resin chip and to maintain a resilience. CONSTITUTION: The urethane sheet having the irregularities of surface comprises a urethane resin substrate layer(10); and a thixotropic resin layer(20) formed at the top of the urethane substrate layer. The thixotropic resin layer(20) is prepared by spirally spraying a thixotropic curing agent comprising a urethane prepolymer base material and 0.5 to 20 wt.% of a thixotropic agent to the top of the urethane substrate layer. The thixotropic agent is a calcium carbonate treated with a metal soap.
