Solid electrolytic capacitor

The capacitor has an anode part e.g. aluminium foil (27) with a lead wire extracted from an end of a metal piece having an oxide film (29) and a solid electrolyte with a conductive polymer layer (31) formed on the oxide film. A cathode part includes a conductive material layer (33) formed on the polymer layer and a metal plated layer (35) over which is a solderable metal layer (37).
