The structure has a pair of sets of front wheels (30), each comprising a guide wheel (33) disposed at an end of a supporting bar (31) located on a mounting support (23) of a frame (20). The bar turns towards the top around the related wheel (33) and drives a movement towards the top of front end of the frame, and the center of gravities of a user and the frame displace backwards to reduce load on the wheel (33).
