PURPOSE: An automatic opening and closing device of a tilting window is provided to automatically open and close the tilting window of which one side is opened and closed at the predetermined tilt in exhausting and ventilating the interior air by a carbon dioxide sensor and to artificial-automatically open and close the tilting window through the remote controls and switch operations of a remote controller. CONSTITUTION: An automatic opening and closing device of a tilting window is composed of a carbon oxide sensor, an opening and closing device(40), and a central control unit. The carbon oxide sensor is mounted to the proper position of a fixed window frame or the interior space to sense the concentration of carbon oxide. The opening and closing device includes first and second forward and reverse driving motors decelerated and rotated; first and second lead screw shafts(43-1,43-2) driven by being connected to the forward and reverse driving motors and formed with lead screws(43-1a,43-2a) on the outer peripheral surface; first and second lead screw nuts(44-1,44-2) moved and operated along each lead screw in the forward and reverse rotations of the first and second lead screw shafts; a hinge fixing guide block(45) mounted to the window frame of the opening and closing end of the tilting window; a hinge(46) penetrated and installed to expose outward excised grooves of both ends for a hinge groove of the hinge fixing guide block; a pair of connecting bars(48-1,48-2,48-3) foldably installed between the first and second lead crew nuts and the hinge penetrated and installed to the hinge fixing guide block by a fixing pin(47) and a center shaft(47a); a pair of folding members(48) expanded and contracted in the forward and reverse rotations of the first and second lead screw shafts to open and close the opening and closing end of the tilting window at a predetermined angle; and a hollow opening and closing device body(49) of which one side is opened to safely protect and install some of opening and closing members and operate the expansion and contraction of the folding member, mounted and fixed to the window frame. The central control unit drives and controls the first and second forward and reverse driving motors of the opening and closing device at the same time by a signal of the carbon oxide sensor. |
