PURPOSE: A nerve diagnosis system using vibration is provided to diagnose accurately a state of premature ejaculation by using the vibration of a vibrator to measure a nervous reaction time of a glans. CONSTITUTION: A nerve diagnosis system using vibration includes a housing(10), a vibration generation unit, a power supply unit(50), a vibrator(30), and a stimulus unit(40). The power supply unit(50) is fixed to the inside of the housing(10). The vibration generation unit is installed in the inside of the housing in order to supply the power to the vibrator(30). The stimulus unit(40) is connected to the vibrator(30). The stimulus unit(40) is operated by the vibration of the vibrator. The stimulus unit approaches a glans in order to detect a state of premature ejaculation.
