OPTICAL AMPLIFIER SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: An optical amplifier system is provided to equalize power of optical signals of different wavelengths by using a plurality of lattices for reflecting the optical signals of the different wavelengths from different positions. CONSTITUTION: An optical amplifier system includes a pumping light source, a plurality of optical fibers and a plurality of lattices. The optical fibers are used for amplifying optical signals of plural wavelengths by using the pumping light generated from the pumping light source. The lattices are alternately connected to the optical fibers in order to reflect the predetermined optical signals of the amplified optical signals of different wavelengths. The optical signal power of each channel is equalized by performing an amplifying process and a reflecting process according to gains at different positions when the amplified optical signals of different wavelengths have different power.
