PURPOSE: A slidable warming device for a thermo-therapy apparatus and a method of using the same are provided which is detachably combined with a movable body installed in a mat of the thermo-therapy apparatus to apply thermal therapy and accupressure to user's leg parts while lying on the mat of the thermo-therapy apparatus reciprocating back and forth. CONSTITUTION: The slidable warming device(100) comprises: a supporting member(110) combined with the movable body incorporated into the mat; a fixing member(120) disposed inside a portion of the supporting member(110); a heating member(130) which generates heat using externally applied electricity; a protecting member(140) combined with the fixing member(120) and forming a slit for accommodating the heating member(130) therein; a slip member(150) combined with an outer surface of the protecting member(140); and a sliding member(160) combined with the slip member(150), capable of rotating, and incorporating the protecting member(140) and the heating member(130).
