PURPOSE: A height-changing seat back for a vehicle is provided to increase and decrease a gap between foams and to adjust height of the seat back by forming foams inside a cover and guiding foams with a guide device. CONSTITUTION: Foams(11) are formed to the inside of a cover of a seat back(1), playing a role of a cushion. Foams are divided into several pieces horizontally. A height adjusting device(20) moves each foam upward or downward to adjust height of the seat back by increasing and decreasing a gap between foams. A guide device supports both ends of foams moving up and down and guides foams. Thereby, riding comfort is supplied by adjusting height of the seat back.
