PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus of an inter-cooler using a water pump is provided to improve the cooling efficiency of an inter-cooler. CONSTITUTION: A water pump(20) is formed of a pump housing(21) attached to one side of a cylinder block(40), and a main impeller(22) and a sub-impeller(30) contained in the pump housing. The sub-impeller is installed on the same rotary shaft as the main impeller. A refrigerant circulation path(31) starts from a sub-pump chamber(24) of the water pump to exchange heat with sucked air passing through an inter-cooler on one side of an intake path. The refrigerant circulation path circulates to one side of a radiator to cool the refrigerant exchanged heat, and is connected to the sub-pump chamber again.
