PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to increase an amount of wind passing through a central part of a cooling fan by forming a radial fan at a front side of a hub of the cooling fan. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for increasing an amount of wind of a cooling fan includes plural axial blades(22) radially aligned with a streamline shape. An outer peripheral surface of the axial blade(22) is connected to an inner peripheral surface of a ring(23). The inner peripheral surface of the ring(23) is connected to an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical hub(21). A radial fan(30) is integrally formed with a front portion of the cylindrical hub(21). The radial fan(30) has radial wings for emitting air contained in a cylindrical space section formed in the radial fan(30) to an exterior of the radial fan(30). Support rings(31) are aligned at front and rear sides of the radial fan(30) while forming a proper interval.
