PURPOSE: A cowl bracket structure to prevent vibration for a vehicle is provided to prevent vibration with the cowl bracket by combining a pedal bracket and the cowl bracket to improve operating feeling of a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: A dash panel(112) is formed to a front portion. A first pedal bracket(100) is formed to a side of the dash panel. A pedal is installed under the first pedal bracket. The other end of a second pedal bracket(102) is welded to a rear portion of the first pedal bracket to be connected to a cowl cross member(108). A steering bracket(106) is welded to a lower side of the cowl cross member and connected to the steering wheel and a side of a steering column. The second pedal bracket and a cowl bracket(104) are combined by a combining portion(114) shaped like a bolt. Therein, vibration occurring from the steering column and the cowl cross member is absorbed by connecting from the cowl cross member to the dash panel integrally.
